Great Friendly Salon with great ideas!!!!!!

I went to Shannon and loved my hair. I asked for her opinion and she gave me the best color and highlights that i have ever had. I am not picky so the hair that is created on my head by others always looks the same, but her creation was great. Salon Utopia is not only a good salon but the atmosphere was so friendly. Thanks Salon Utopia for making me feel good.

A dog groomer could of done a better job!!

Worst experience from Shannon I have ever had. I HAD hair down to where I could almost sit on it and wanted it up to the middle of my bra strap and now after she had to even it up I can't put it up in a pony tail without it sticking out the back. and if I heard one more time I promise it will look nice, I was going to be sick. I also asked for chunky blonde highlights and she insisted that I have a few in the back but only ended up with three true blonde highlights and the rest are all shades of brown. She wanted to do it again but did she really think I was going to let her touch it again. NO WAY. I wouldn't send my worst enemies poodle there. Very overpriced and under educated hair dresser. Ruined and Broke.

Best Salon in Lex

I love this salon! Whitney was myself, mother, sister and boyfriend stylist! She is the best hair stylist in lexington! She is not only an amazing stylist but fantastic at brows as well! I have never looked better in my life! Thanks Salon Utopia for being so personable in your services to others! What would I do without you!
