Never going back. I have gone to Movies 9 for a long time it is has been going down hill since i was a kid. Almost every time I've gone there have been some kind of problems with the movie. Either the movie doesn't start at the right time, the audio is off, or the movie cuts off in the middle and it takes them fifteen minutes to fix it. The staff is very rude and acts like they don't want to be there or do their jobs. They falsely advertise snacks they don't. It clearly says on their board that they have a small popcorn but when i tried to order a small they said it was discontinued. Then when i asked for a medium they said i had to get the medium combo with the drink because they were out of the bags for the regular medium popcorn. I've finally had it with this movie theater and will never go back. I would never recommend that anyone ever goes there unless you like poor customer service and crappy movie quality.

Huge disappointment.. You would think the fair prices were just that. Fair. However in this case you get what you pay for. Went to see Avatar a couple weeks back. The sound quality was less than moderate. The seating is very cramped for taller viewers. However this was not the main problem. Due to a group of extremely noisy and disrespectful young men and women, I had to notify management at three different times through the movie. Management was sympathetic to my issue but did very little to address the problem to the group. Management offered a refund in the form of a free ticket for my next visit. Unfortunately this was not satifying because I don't plan to visit this cinema ever again.

this is what i think. your seats are torn up ( some of them) some of the screen has tape on it because the screen is ripped. the seats are uncomfortable. and sometimes they dont bring certain movies to winchester because they think it's stupid.
